t a wonderful celebration the women had September 19-20, 2008 at the WNC ECW 86th Women's Gathering

Comments taken from Evaluation/Feedback Forms of those who attended the conference: ( When comments were similar, they were combined)
Being with the other women was wonderful; I would have liked the conference to have been longer; Favorite aspect of program was seeing old friends and making new friends
The Rev. Jeanne Finan's keynote address was excellent! Theme of conference touched issues we all need to face. All workshops were excellent
Jo Taylor's presentation on Lambeth was fantastic! The Rev. Linda Nye's "Where Your Heart is, Your Treasure will be also" opened my mind and heart; The Rev. Deacon Joyce Beschta "Do you have the time" was very good. The Rev. Deacon Muriel Moore's "Learning to be Marys in a Martha World - Find Sabbath Time" was great on "worry" & busyness; Jane Erickson's Visio Divina: Opening our hearts and minds to God" was very spiritual.
WNC ECW Board can help by providing more meetings/workshops from church to church which might increase interest in ECW participation.
Awesome! so much that touched me personally! I want to use her teaching for our youth. (Comments on Rev. Jeanne Finan's keynote address)
The Rev. Deacon Muriel Moore's workshop touched my heart and was very important to me.
Would like to see the Women's Conference be a bi-annual event.
WNC ECW Board could help better serve our diocese by arranging speakers to a meeting at our parishes for our women.
Our Speakers for conference:

The Rev. Jeanne Finan The Rev. Linda Nye The Rev. Deacon Muriel Moore

Jo Taylor Jane Erickson The Rev. Deacon Joyce Beschta
Many thanks to our speakers!
